I am very pleased with the service I received from Total Appliance today. I was told I would have to buy a new subzero refrigerator/freezer if I ever wanted ice cubes again. After today’s service call, my subzero is successfully producing ice cubes!

I was particularly impressed by the professional approach of Jill as she scheduled the appointment. In addition she exhibited outstanding customer care as she went the extra mile to meet my needs. The technician also came on time and provided good advice on the AC maintenance. Overall I had a great experience with Total AC!

Total has shown up when they say and they do a great job! Technicians are respectful and efficient. My 2022 Total service calls: fixed clogged shower drain, repaired tub & shower faucet, repaired bathroom sink LEAK, installed bathroom faucet which comes with drain cover. All work is completed quickly and they leave everything clean. I highly recommend them.
