IS TOTAL APPLIANCE LICENSED AND INSURED?
Yes, all technicians, electricians and plumbers are licensed and bonded in the state of Florida. Plus, our technicians are factory-trained to repair all makes and models of air conditioners and appliances.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN A TOTAL WARRANTY SERVICE AGREEMENT?
Total will provide, without any additional charges, deductibles or co-pays, all parts and labor necessary to keep the air conditioning, appliances, electrical and plumbing equipment or fixtures, as covered in your contract, in good working order.
WHAT APPLIANCES WILL TOTAL REPAIR?
Our technicians will repair and replace all makes and models of central air conditioning and heating systems, refrigerators and freezers, dishwashers, stoves, ovens and ranges, garbage disposals, microwave ovens, clothes washers and dryers and water heaters. Our warranty service contracts are customizable to suit your home and needs.
WHAT IS REPLACEMENT COVERAGE?
With replacement coverage, if we can’t repair your covered equipment, including air conditioner, heater, refrigerator, freezer, washer, dryer, dishwasher, water heater, stove, oven, range, microwave oven or garbage disposal, we will replace it. Some exclusions apply. Please note that within the first 60 days of the contract, Total will have no obligation to replace any air conditioning, appliances, fixtures or equipment (whether or not you have replacement coverage).
WHAT IS EXTENDED COVERAGE?
In addition to appliance and air conditioning system coverage, you can purchase coverage for electrical and plumbing repairs, which are usually beyond the repairs as defined in the standard Total warranty service contract.
WHAT ARE TOTAL’S HOURS OF SERVICE?
Total provides same-day or next-day service Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to our clients under contract in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
ARE THERE ANY DEDUCTIBLES OR CO-PAYMENTS?
No, there are no extra costs beyond what you pay for your service contract.
